So into P!NK

Gusto ko talga si Pink since “JustLlike a Pill” na kanta way back 2001.. Astig kase… I like the voice and the genre, alternative woman ang dating parang ako.. ehehehhe.. I used to memorize all her songs, tapos kakantahin ko lagi sa videoke, feeling performer din like Pink. Parang gusto ko nga ring magpakulay ng pink na buhok that time.. ahahaha

Then, when I was just looking for songs in youtube, dahil nag eemote ako last time, nakita ko ang “Just Give me a Reason” wow bago? Kasama pa si Nate ng Fun… Interesting…  And it’s a nice song, parang kakaibang Pink, ang galing, and syempre super relate ako sa song, and I fall in love with the song instantly. Na parang bang ramdam na ramdam ko yung kanta, from the bottom of my heart, “we’re not broken just bent”, yung pakiramdam na WE CAN STILL BE OK, sa kabila ng lahat. That’s why I love the song..  Naging national anthem ko na rin..  Umpisa pa lang ng kanta pasok na sa banga..

Pero habang tumatagal, parang di ko na sya feel, I come to realize na, we’re really broken.. Na you can’t just sit in there and everything will be ok. It’s like something you have in your hand suddenly slipping away that you can’t do anything about. And it should not always be me fixing things…  Nakakapagod na rin maghintay, nakakapagod rin pala talaga. Hindi ko na rin sya feel kase masyadong uso.. ehehhe.. ewan ko ba, me ganung factor pa ako, pag lahat na ng tao paborito ang isang bagay, nawawalan na ako ng gana.. Pero dati repeat mode ito sa kotse.. including “Break even” na kanta ng “The Script”.. mga kanta ba ito ng mga sawi? Eheheheh

Last weekend, my friend Mia and I travel together, and found out na gusto rin nya yung song. So ayun naging repeat mode na naman sya sa sasakyan..  Pero mas nalulungkot na ako pag naririnig ko ang song na to, specially sa part na to:

I’ll fix it for us??? We’ll come clean?? DARN… ahahahaha.. so bitter… ahahahah… it was like.. arrrgghhh.. kalokohan…  (pero nakarepeat mode pa rin)

But I think “Just Give Me a Reason” deserves the popularity and all… Maganda naman talaga kase,lyrics and melody… moving song, with lots of emotion.. tagos na tagos..
